Quay hotel was a solid choice for a no frills hotel in a great location. The room was clean and big enough for our one-night stay. I would stay here again because the bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. However, for longer stays, I may choose a place with more space and amenities.
Good hotel at a great location. Around the corner from Boat Quay and minutes to Clark Quay and Chinatown. Lots of eateries all around and a back street I wished I'd explored more.
Short walk to the subway. Would stay here again.
Rooms clean and location great. Staff friendly and helpful, they gave us umbrellas to take during the day.

Very bad experience. Worst soundproof ever. Music bar noisy till over 3 am. Cleaner also makes noise from 7am. No apologies from fromdesk. They think as long as cleaner not knocking my door is fine.
Would not use again, receptionist was not well suited to the job. No screens on the windows, no ice available, a must in temperatures Singapore has. Lighting was very poor, steps into hotel steep and no wheelchair access. Only one seat which was quite uncomfortable.
The location of the hotel was great. A bus stop right outside and there was a 7eleven next door. From there, most attractions were within walking distance. For everything else, a metro station was directly accessible. There was free drinking water on every floor in the hallways. The shower was excellent. Not all rooms have a window which is a little disturbing. The noise from the connected ventilation / air conditioning was a bit annoying due to a few children. But there were earplugs from the supermarket for that.
Small rooms with no wardrobe space, just a couple of hooks on the wall. Clean and reasonably maintained. Air con switches off automatically guaranteeing a hot room upon return. Electric lights are very quirky with switch delays, so it takes a little getting used to. Pleasant and helpful staff although I had to get three irons before I got one that worked. My room (502) had the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on - it was shocking. Hotel has a convenient location fairly near to Clarke MRT; buses stop outside. Get a high floor room or the traffic noise will be a pain; they provide ear plugs.......
Ngày 21/8 vừa qua mình đến Singapore du lịch .Khách sạn mình ở okay lắm sạch sẽ dọn phòng mỗi ngày , nhân viên dễ thương lắm hỗ trợ nhiệt tình cho gia đình mình thêm 1 niệm ngủ miễn phí gì mình có 1 bé theo và mình không biết nói nhiều tiếng Anh.nước uống khách sạn có chỗ mỗi ngày uống bao nhiêu cũng được 😂, mình có 1 bé nhưng ngủ không ồn ào, gần MTR 5p đi bộ ngay khách sạn là có xe bus rất thuận tiện. Thanks rất nhiều
